The temperature range for sterilization in warm cooking is generally between 121-135 ℃, and there is currently research on flexible packaging materials that can meet the ultra-high temperature sterilization requirements of 145 ℃. Research data shows that under the condition of 145 ℃, as long as the processing time is maintained for about 3 minutes, the most heat-resistant harmful bacteria such as Clostridium botulinum can be completely killed. The resulting composite flexible packaging materials have also been widely used. Based on the disinfection and sterilization conditions of the packaging contents, this article focuses on discussing how the structural design and processing technology of packaging bags that can withstand high temperatures of 121 ℃ can adapt to the requirements of high-temperature cooking.

1、對(duì)有害細(xì)菌消滅徹底，滿足無菌的要求，如醫(yī)療用品的處理。

2、通過徹底后，在少加甚不加防腐劑的情況下能抑制細(xì)菌滋生，延長(zhǎng)內(nèi)容物的保質(zhì)期，使內(nèi)容物在常溫下能較長(zhǎng)久的保持原來設(shè)計(jì)的風(fēng)味，如各種食品類高溫蒸煮產(chǎn)品。

2. 耐高溫處理包裝袋按當(dāng)前國(guó)際上比較認(rèn)可的分類如下：

1、可耐121℃的蒸煮袋，耐高溫時(shí)間30-60min不等。
